Our Mission: Caring for Pets, Supporting Owners
The story behind our vet practice
Founded in 2008, Primavet Animal Clinic has been a trusted part of Kuching’s veterinary community for over 15 years, providing compassionate, expert care for pets and supporting their owners. What began as a small animal clinic has grown into a well-established veterinary centre, proudly accredited with Silver Cat Friendly Clinic status by the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM).

Our values
Compassions
We treat every pet as if they were our own. From a nervous kitten’s first visit to a senior dog’s golden years, we provide gentle, understanding care in every situation.
Integrity
We believe in open communication, honesty, and transparency. We take the time to explain diagnoses, options, and costs clearly — so you can make confident, informed decisions for your pets.
Continuous Growth
Our veterinarians and support team are passionate about continuous learning. We keep up with the latest veterinary medicine and technology to ensure your pets receive the best possible treatment.
Teamwork
It takes a village. We work together — vets, nurses, groomers, and receptionists to make every visit a positive experience for both pets and owners.
Respect
We value our client, every pet and every member of our community.
Community & Animal Welfare
We are deeply committed to improving animal welfare in our cat city. For more than a decade, Primavet has funded and performed the neutering of thousands of stray cats as part of ongoing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiatives, helping to reduce overpopulation and reduce suffering.
Through our ongoing efforts, thousands of stray cats have been safely neutered and returned to their communities. We regularly organize low-cost neutering campaigns, making responsible pet ownership more accessible to the public.
